Falcon Performance

Summer Training for Grades 3-12

Falcon Performance is an intense eight-week program (for grades 6-12) designed to develop the athleticism of our current and future Summit athletes.

We will work on all areas of athletic development focusing on proper technique in the weight room, core strength, conditioning, agility, and flexibility. 

New this year! Falcon Performance is also a four-week program (for grades 3-5) and will include a warmup, 45-minute workout, and finish with fun competition/games.

Championship-level programs are built in the weight room and through the grind of training together during the summer and offseason.

The expectation for all current and future Summit Football players is to attend Falcon Performance and develop their athleticism, build confidence, and gain size/strength. The younger they begin to invest their "sweat equity" the bigger the eventual payout.

Buying into our strength and conditioning program will do more to create a winning culture than getting a few gifted players here and there. Let's build a football juggernaut in the 026!

GRADES 6-12 SCHEDULE:

Monday-Thursday during the weeks of 6/3, 6/10, 6/17, 6/24, 7/8, 7/15, 7/22, 7/29
(No workouts during Dead Weeks: the weeks of 7/1 & 8/5)

Middle School (6-8) Athletes: 8:00-9:30 AM
High School (9-12) Girl Athletes: 8:00-9:45 AM
High School (9-12) Boy Athletes: 10:00-11:45 AM

Two Ways to Pay:
Full 8-Weeks: $135 - OR - Select Weeks: $35/Each
Families with multiple athletes pay $135 for the first athlete,
$100 for the second athlete, and $65 for each additional athlete

 

GRADES 3-5 SCHEDULE:

Monday-Thursday during the weeks of 7/8, 7/15, 7/22, 7/29
Elementary School (3-5) Athletes: 12:30-2:00 PM

Two Ways to Pay:
Full 4-Weeks: $120 - OR - Select Weeks: $35/Each
Families with multiple athletes pay $120 for the first athlete,
$100 for each additional athlete

This program is athletic training in nature and non-contact by definition. However, it is impossible to avoid all injuries of an athletic nature. Therefore, you as a guardian are being notified of the fact that the possibility of injury does exist. Be assured that our staff will take all necessary precautions to reduce the risk to our athletes. In order for your athlete to participate, you must acknowledge your understanding of the risk factors.
