JR. Falcons

We are a feeder program for the Rockwood Summit High School Football program. We have teams at four grade levels: 4th/5th (combined), 6th, 7th, and 8th and play in the St. Louis Feeder League, which includes programs from Eureka, Fox, Lindbergh, Northwest, Oakville, Parkway West, Rockwood Summit and Seckman. St. Louis Feeder League programs may only have players on their roster that either will attend their appropriate high school or would attend if they did not go to a private school.  

We strongly encourage our players to participate in Falcon Performance during the Summer at Summit in order to prepare themselves physically for the season and to aid in long-term development. 

Practices will be held at Rockwood Summit upper practice fields and start the week of August 7th.  Once school starts, we will practice Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday evenings from 6 PM 8 PM until our first game. After our first game, we will practice Tuesday and Thursday evenings (occasionally Wednesdays) from 6 PM 8 PM. 

Our games are played on weekends (mostly Saturday) starting the weekend following Labor Day, typically held at a participating programs facility. We also have after-practice transportation arrangements with VICC, and volunteers may host players in the VICC program after school on practice days to avoid excessive back and forth and give the kids a smoother afternoon. 

The cost to play includes uniform game pants, practice pants, practice jersey, knee and shoulder pads, helmet with chin strap. Player will need to supply cleats, mouth guard and padded girdle. Registration pays for coach certification, officials, insurance, light rentals for practice fields, and field usage fees. It also includes a player lanyard and player cost for the end of year banquet.

Payment must be made by credit card during online registration. We are no longer activating the pay later option.
